TRAINING SETUP

Here are pictures of the training area. We usually only have about 9 people plus the instructor in each room.

The photo of the individual TRX/RT station shows your TRX, a RipTrainer, a battling rope, a step, a BOSU, and a basket of balls! You’ll have your own short TRX and long TRX. You’ll do your own workout in this area as 2 other people do theirs at the remaining stations. Another 3 people will be on the cardio and 3 more people will have most of the gym area to themselves for a while. 

The gym area is divided into Leg work, BB work, and upper body work. Initially we will do some full body workouts but eventually we will break those up into separate body parts as we have done before. You’ll work at each of the TRX/Cardio/WeightRoom stations for about 15 -25 min nonstop work before you disinfect equipment and then we rotate teams. We have 9 pieces of cardio, so we don’t have to reuse one piece during a workout. 

There are 3 different workouts for the week in each room and they are planned for variety and effectiveness. On the other 2 days of training, you will do either a MetCon (metabolic conditioning) workout or a Booty Day workout using booty bands. You can also choose to just do cardio on these ‘extra days’ and can even come in every day and do extra cardio on days 6 and 7.
