We won’t have training this Wednesday, June 21, but we will have Step at 530 that afternoon.

We will have training on Thursday, but no Step on Thursday morning. Remember, June is a ‘long month’ and we take off extra days instead of an entire week at one time. Please use your key and come in for any workout on Wednesday!
