THIS WEEK
Instead of taking off a Monday this month we’ll make Wed Sept 21 a cancelled day of training as well as Tues Sept 20. We’ll still have Step and all other aerobics/yoga classes both days. Remember, September is a ‘long month’ of training that started Aug 27 and will end Oct 1. We take off the extra week of days scattered throughout the month.
YOUR BUTT
