Weight Loss & Toning Program

“I have been significantly overweight all of my life. I spent my childhood being called names and teased daily by kids and adults. I have always been self confident, smart and somewhat popular. SuperShape 2018

SuperShapers are expected to attend a minimum of 3 sessions per week, and to do their own cardio work (walk, run, aerobics classes, etc.) 3-5 times a week.  Currently SuperShapers do not have to commit to a  certain time slot each month.
It is important to rest…your muscles grow while you rest and recover, not while you work them.
We will cancel one Friday one Saturday, and one Sunday each month.  The canceled days ,may all be on one weekend or they may be scattered throughout the month.  On the canceled days you may attend a Women’s Fitness Class free of charge.  Otherwise you do receive one free SoftShape session and one free Lunch & Lift session each month, as well as 2 free Women’s Fitness Classes with your SuperShape payment. You can pay for any extra Women’s Fitness Classes at the end of the month.  I trust you gals completely with your accounting of classes owed.  Please do try to make your training payment before the month starts, However it will be no problem to make arrangements with you if necessary.

SoftShape is the preview to SuperShape, allowing you to ease into some exercises that are quite different than any you may have tried before. We will be using the TRX Suspension Training system and high-speed intervals.  Further we use mostly free weights and SuperShape students are usually running at 10 mph and doing push-ups & pull-ups.  If you plan to start SuperShape please review the SoftShape page first to determine which program time slots best fit your schedule.  After 4 weeks of SoftShape we can decide together if you would like to advance your training to the next level. 

Sessions are held at AlamoShape located at 700 First Street in the Granada Center, suite 765 on the west side of the center across from Samons.  You’ll love the distinctly feminine atmosphere of our newly remodeled location.

Weight – Be part of our 4-pd challenge, all on the honor system.  Most clients lose 3-4 lbs the first month; you’ll receive a 10% discount if you document your weight after weighing on our physician’s scales.
Bone Density and Strength – Not only will you begin to see a pleasing shape to your muscles, but you will also find your strength increasing as daily activities become easier.
Knowledge – As a SuperShape student you will learn how to exercise correctly and understand better how your body works. Self Esteem – It’s not just about how your jeans fit! Your confidence levels and how you feel about yourself is even more important.

WHEN DOES SUPERSHAPE MEET? With SuperShape currently* you can work out any day of the week with sessions Tuesday/Thursday at 8:30 am, Saturday/Sunday at 9:30 am; Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 4:30 pm; Mon/Wed/Tues/Thurs at 5:30 pm.  The program price is based on 3 x week, but plan on coming every other day if you can.
* Note: Subject to change….The sessions are a little larger with this current policy of these unlimited sessions, but the workouts are still great and it gives you more options. The more we see you, the better you’ll feel!

SuperShape is a proven weight loss and toning program. Guided by a personal trainer, you’ll do shaping and fatburning exercises guaranteed to bring fast progress. Tracking your nutrition in the SuperShape food diary will help you to see your nutritional strengths and needs.

How many times have you heard of people paying $45-65/month for a gym membership they never use?
Now you can pay for results, not gym overhead. Knowing that you have a personal training appointment at least 3 times a week not only helps to keep you focused, it puts your fitness dollars to use in the best possible way…direct results for you.

SuperShape breaks down to $10.75 plus tax for each session, payable in full at the start of the 3 x week, 4-week program (total with tax is $139**). These sessions, each 55 minutes in length, are priced at 1/6 the cost of of one-on-one sessions. It’s fun, effective personal training and the time flies by!  Currently with SuperShape you only pay for 3 sessions a week but we let you come everyday if you don’t mind a slightly larger group. Most people agree its an even better workout!

The program starts anew each month, and as stated you must complete 4 weeks of SoftShape before beginning SuperShape.  After a minimum of 4 weeks of the conditioning exercises in SoftShape you can begin SuperShape.  Download all forms on our sign-up page
