We will be open for all classes and training Sun, as well as Monday. If you are off of work due to the holiday and want to come to an earlier session on Monday feel free to do so! Training clients can use their key to get a workout in based on the key schedule (almost anytime we don’t have Yoga or cleaning.)

Single leg exercises

Single leg work targets butt and inner thighs better than most bilateral moves. We do almost all of these exercises (or a slight variation) in our training, except for the side lunge. People have a hard time doing it correctly so we usually do side squats instead, and adding an abduction (side leg raise) to the squat gives you a great workout with less stress on the knee.  


It’s also claimed to help with sleep.
