FALL SCHEDULE

We have to make some decisions about M/F 1030 Yoga and M/W 635 MixxedFit. Our classes need to have 4 students in them in order to be put on the schedule this Fall. Please contact your favorite instructor and let her know if you’ll be attending in October. Payment needs to be made in advance, by Fri Sept 24 for us to confirm the schedule.

Why is ivermectin used to treat COVID-19?

(AlamoShape note: The truth is always somewhere in the middle. There is a reason that people cling to half-truths…to validate their own biases and alleviate their fears in ways that seem reasonable to them. “The presence of fever was cut in half, and the days spent in bed reduced by 60% among people with breakthrough infections, compared with unvaccinated people who got sick…It can be the difference between having a fever for almost nine days and having a fever for just under three days.”
