Disregard any cancelled days emails I sent previously. As of today we’ll take off the following three days for October training:

This Sunday Oct 10 (we’ll still have Step at 1035)

Next Friday Oct 15 (we’ll still have Step at 935 as well as 6 am Coed. We’ll also have a special 830 am yoga class)
