If you would like to ‘rent’ some of our equipment for the next few weeks and get credit for future training, you may do so at $1/pd for weights, $2/pd for kettlebells, $100 per barbell, $25 per bench. This is the minimum it would cost me to replace something.
When you return the items you will get credit for training in that same amount. In other words, you won’t get a refund, but you also won’t be out any money to use the equipment as long as you return it in good condition.

There are reports of people dying of coronavirus who are otherwise healthy. What have your teams seen in terms of who the virus is killing?
One of the things that terrifies me now is, as this is spread in the west is, there’s this sense of invulnerability among millennials. And absolutely not. FOUR-INGREDIENT CINNAMON SUGAR CRISPS
Makes about 98-100 crisps.
· 1 12-ounce package of wonton wrappers/skins (about 48 wrappers)
· natural cooking spray
· 6 TBS turbinado sugar (pure cane sugar works also)
· 1/2 to 1 tsp cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF (~205ºC). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Slice the wonton wrappers down the middle so that you create rectangles.
3. Line sliced wonton wrappers onto the baking sheets in a single layer. Spray the wrappers with cooking spray, making sure to cover all the surface area of each piece.
4. Sprinkle sugar on top of the wrappers. Don’t be afraid to sprinkle liberally. Next, sprinkle the cinnamon. I found it easiest to just shake the cinnamon from the container rather than pinching some in my fingers and then sprinkling.
5. Bake the wrappers for 6-7 minutes. Be careful! They burn quickly, so pull them out when the edges start to turn slightly brown. I baked everything in two batches.
6. Let the crisps cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
