THIS WEEK AND NEXT

We won’t have training this Sunday, Jan 17. 

We will also take off next Fri/Sat Jan 22 & 23. 

We’ll still have 5 am Coed on Friday and our usual schedule of aerobics classes on any cancelled days.

FEBRUARY AND NOTE FOR INSTRUCTORS

Looking ahead to February it’s going to be important to sign up/pay for your training and aerobics classes in advance. We are still limited in capacity and it will be first come/first served when filling classes. If you are currently on the list for training/aerobics you get first dibs, but you’ll have to pay by Wednesday, Jan 27 if you want to keep your spot. We take cash, check, PayPal on our website or you can request an invoice for payment by credit card. You can also postdate a check, but please circle the date if you do.

INSTRUCTORS: Please make your students aware of this requirement. Our business FB pages may be down for a short or extended period of time so get them on an email list and copy me here. Thanks for helping out 🙂

GET YOUR BOOTY ON THE BALL

We have extra fitness balls for purchase at $5 each if you’d like to have one for your home workout. Extra step benches (the blue version) are $25 each and include one set of risers. Extra risers are $10 a pair. Step ups are another great way to work your legs and tone your rear end!
