FEBRUARY SCHEDULE
Below are the timeslots available for training and aerobics and a few reminders:
- You must reserve a spot by emailing me or contacting your favorite AlamoShape instructor.
- If you do not come regularly to class you should confirm that you still have a spot.
- Payment is due the week before training/classes start which means Mon or Tues this week. You can bring cash, postdate a check if necessary (please circle the date), use PayPal on the website or request an invoice for credit card payment (small fee for the 2 latter options).
- If you want to do both aerobics and training the cost is $169.
- We had great response to our MW 530 pm Step classes but there is not room for everyone to attend that wants a spot. We can guarantee you 3 classes a week, so if you are also attending T/Th 430 pm or 530 pm classes, please decide on either M or W 530 pm step so that someone else can attend the other day. I usually have room at 1035 am on Sundays and will email people on a waiting list if I have a spot at night.

We’ll get you 3 or more classes a week for $49/month or $7/class, no contracts, ever!

Training times
You get 3 training sessions a week (THIS IS YOUR ‘CORE TEAM WORKOUT’) plus 2 bonus days to include MetCon HIIT training and a special Booty Day for the gals for $149/month. Pick your core days and then show up on 2 others days for the bonus workouts.
