Fail Forward…take the lessons you have learned about yourself and use them to your advantage.
Maybe you need to join Weight Watchers, or see a therapist, or bring your gym clothes to work, or workout in the morning, or stop buying alcohol/cookies/processed foods, or start buying salads/veggies/fruits/lean proteins—or all of those things—but what you don’t need to do is beat yourself up over it. Accept that you need to do things differently.
You don’t need a New Year. You just need a New Day.
Fri and Sat this week
We’ll have our Friday morning training, Step, and Yoga, but we won’t have training this Fri night or Sat morning (Feb 10/11).

SPIN CLASS PROPOSED SCHEDULE
We are still waiting on 2 more Spin bikes before we put these classes on the schedule, but you can practice during our training sessions if you like. These approx 30 min classes will be part of our $49/mo aerobics/yoga class schedule. Training clients can warm up with the class and then choose to do a shorter workout in the gym, or join the class after you’ve pumped a bit of iron. Here’s what we’re planning on, but if 3 or more of you want to do the classes at another timeslot, just let me know!

A NO-EQUIPMENT WORKOUT
Can’t get to the gym? No problem! The trainer does it with you and demonstrates each exercise first. Do each exercise for 30 seconds with a 10-second rest before moving to the next exercise. It’s kind of like our Tabata-style workouts ????
