New Aerobics Schedule!
We are making adjustments to the schedule for January since Sarah will be out of town for most of the month.
MW 530 pm will be Step aerobics.
TTH 430 pm will be Zumba.
Fri 530 pm and SAT 1035 remain Zumba.
SUN 1035 is still Step.
The morning classes remain the same except that we will not have a WED 1035 yoga in January.
MW 635 pm MixxedFit is on hold while Devan recovers from her shoulder injury.
I forgot to note that with Sarah being gone in January we will move 935 Zumba to MW and Step to 935 TTH. We’ll still keep Fri Step at 935 and Sunday Step at 1035! With the addition of MW 530 pm Step you’ve got lots of great options for this effective aerobics class!
MORE TRAINING TIMES!
We had to back off on training times per week when we reopened, but we’re ready for you to come to our amazing little club every day if you can! I need you to confirm your ‘core’ workout times (for example, MWF 430 or TTHFri 530) but other than that you can come any session and I’ll get you a Booty Day, MetCon, or cardio workout!

Buti Yog with Kelly Deer starts this Saturday, Jan 2nd at 830 am! The earlier timeslot allows for training clients to attend before 935 Shape. We hope to see you there!
