It’s almost here! Obviously 2020 had its drawbacks, but your attitude can make a huge difference in the way your world appears every morning. I’m thankful for the opportunity to rethink and adapt. I hope you’ve enjoyed the approach we were pretty much forced into, but there is always room for improvement! We’ll be continuing with our charted workouts but will be adding some variety as well as reintroducing our cardio intervals for some more intense fatburning. If you could please let me know if you plan to continue at your current timeslot or if you will be taking some time away from AlamoShape it will help me plan our sessions better, thank you! We will cut any sessions that do not have a reasonable amount of attendance. With that said we’ll discontinue the noontime sessions for the month of January and revisit those in February. 


Thursday: We’ll have special coed sessions at 745 am, 835 am and 1215 pm as well as 835 Yoga and 935 Zumba. We will not have any afternoon/evening classes or training.

Friday: Happy New Year! We will not have 6 am or 530 pm Coed, but we will have 835 am and 430 pm, both coed training. We’ll also have 935 Step, 1030 Yoga, and 530 pm Zumba.

Saturday: Back to our regular schedule!!


Get on the list then at least when they call your number you will have had time to decide if the vaccination is right for you right now.
