If you are extremely concerned about exposure we are offering a chance to get a workout on your own in the gym during off-peak times following the posted training charts (or making up your own workouts!) The price will be slightly higher than our normal training costs. Contact me for more information.

You must reserve a spot by emailing me or contacting your favorite AlamoShape instructor. Payment is due the week before training or classes start. If you want to do both aerobics and training the cost is $169.

You get 3 training sessions a week (THIS IS YOUR ‘CORE TEAM WORKOUT’) plus 2 bonus days to include MetCon HIIT training and a special Booty Day for the gals for $149/month. Pick your core days and then show up on 2 others days for the bonus workouts.

Let me know if you’re interested in a coed Christmas Eve workout at 430 or 530. We’ll definitely have the morning sessions that day and 835 will be coed as well. The same will go for Thursday, New Year’s Eve.
December training will go through Saturday, Jan 2nd. We’ll have new workout plans in January!
COED YOGA IS BACK!
We are considering Friday evenings if you are interested. Buti yoga will start in January at a 735 pm timeslot…let us know if you prefer MW or TTH. We will also have Buti on Saturdays at either 9 am or 1135 am…tell us your favorite timeslot!
