We take off one Fri/Sat/Sun each regular month. We will have 6 am Coed on Friday morning, but no other training. Sarah will teach a special 830 am yoga and I’ll teach Step at 935. Sara B will teach Dancefit/MixxedFit at 530 pm. We’ll be back to a regular schedule on Saturday morning with 935 training. Jake will be gone Aug 9-13, so no 6 am MWF next week.
