MORE ZUMBA AND MIXXEDFIT IS BACK!!!

We can’t wait to have Devan back for MW 635 pm MixxedFit beginning Wednesday, September 7th! MW 935 will be Zumba for the month of September beginning Monday, Sept 5th.

DAYCARE OPENING!

I’ve copied owner Rebecca Harris on this email so that you can ask her directly any questions you have about her new business Learn and Play Child Development Center. She is going to be our new neighbor in Granada Center! Opening in October, they will serve children from 6 weeks to toddlers, to pre-school and even offer a before and after program for school-age children! Check out their website at https://www.learnandplaycdc.org/

HOW OFTEN?

Research shows that even a very short workout every day can get you better results than a longer one 3 x week. It’s always worth it to come in each day, even for 20 minutes, and between all the types of workouts we have—regular weight training and TRX/RT work, booty day, MetCon, Step, yoga, Zumba and MixxedFit—you’ll get most muscles worked each time. Besides, we like having you here! https://thehill.com/changing-america/well-being/prevention-cures/3605173-heres-how-often-you-should-exercise/
