November training starts today and goes through Saturday, Dec 5. It’s a ‘long month’ where we take off our normal Fri/Sat/Sun, but also a week of days scattered throughout the month. You’ll get all 4 weeks of training and we still have aerobics on those days; you can also come to other sessions than your normal one on the cancelled days. We will not take off a Tuesday since we used one this week for a snow day. We will also have a special COED training on Thanksgiving Day, at least one session in the morning and possibly one in the evening, as well as a yoga and a Zumba class. Expect our first cancelled day to be Wed Nov 4. I’ll list the rest later this week.
5 AM AND TIME CHANGE
The time change happened this morning and so you had the opportunity for an ‘extra’ hour of sleep, haha, but why not use it to start your day with a 5 am workout MWF? Jake is ready to get your day going at that early hour starting Mon Nov 2.
