This is the last week of our ‘long month’ of training for June. July will also be a ‘long month’ of 5 weeks (from July 2 through August 5), giving everyone plenty of time to get summer trips in and still a full 4 weeks of training. Please let me know if you will not be continuing in July.

THIS WEEK

Instead of taking off a Monday this month we’re taking off this Wednesday, June 28. We’ll still have Step at 530, though. We will have training Thursday morning, but not Thursday evening (again, we’re taking off a Thursday instead of a Tuesday). Please use your key to come in and workout anytime except during Yoga.

NEXT MONTH

Yoga and Step will switch places on Tues/Thurs mornings in July, so plan on Step at 835 right after training, followed by Yoga at 935. We won’t have Fri morning Yoga in July.
