THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS
We are so excited to welcome back Andrea Bigas and her Kaias Fitness program to AlamoShape. Starting November 1st we will still do our ShapeTraining program in our side of the building, but most likely the only aerobics classes we will have are Step and yoga. Not much will change on our training schedule except that we will have punching bags hanging between the TRX stations for an even better experience and we will possibly move evening step to either 430 MW or 430 TTH. Let me know your thoughts on all of this as we can be flexible with our Step classes so that you can do everything you want to do! We will offer training options in just the gym alone (no RipTrainer, darn, lol) during the time we have Step class.
I will reduce the cost of the training/aerobics combo so that our training members could do step/yoga for just $6 extra a month ($155 total) and still be able to afford Andrea’s program.
Andrea’s members will have to wear a mask into our building and while in the cafe, but once the door is closed to her room I will not be monitoring what goes on in her program.

Sometimes you just gotta listen to what I’m telling you, lol. I’ve said that our circuits, combo sets, supersets have always been the best way to work your body and now the research proves it 🙂
